It has been a long time dream to create a program that would help the masses to success. Knowing all the time, that I could not do this alone. My education and experience over the years has now lead to the formation of a business coaching and mentor program called The Leaders Role.
This program is founded by Jason Croxford, Mike Erwin and myself. Together we bring a vast amount of knowledge and massive amounts of valuable content for the members to use to cut their learning curve greatly.
My partners compliment me and my dreams by being the best in the areas that I am weak in. I am the best in the ares that they are weak in and that creates an unstoppable force. We have learned to harness the energy and knowledge, put it into a usable form for many to benefit from. With excitement, we share how we are able to work from home and live a lifestyle that many only dream of having.
The three of us put others first and show them how to do the same while growing their business in a way they never thought would happen.
Before partnering with these great and talented guys I will take you back to my learning and experience. My being an Entrepreneur goes all the way back to my school days. I think about it and laugh, when I remember bribing the bus driver to let me off the bus at the store and pick me back up when she came back by.
Now that is funny because I would buy her a Coke and me a bunch of candy that I would turn around and sell at school for double what I had paid for it. Later in life, I was in management of all types just making a living at my JOB knowing there had to be a better way, just not knowing what that was.
In my early 20′s I decided to open my own business and I quickly figured out that providing the BEST customer service was what would make me successful. I became successful very quickly with my cleaning business and it expanded rapidly.
I then learned that having employees was a very big issue that I really did not want to have. So much paper work and conflict that I began to not like what I was doing again. I realized that having others helping do the work was great but the extra work was an unwanted evil.
That lead me to network marketing and I began to get involved with companies, learning the ropes. This is what I commonly call the school of hard knocks, but for real, it was not easy and everyone that was making money was not talking. They acted as if it was a big secret.
As time went on, I learned more and more and became more and more successful. Then a light bulb went off ! If I could just get people doing what I was doing then we would all get to the finish line together! What a concept.
I decided that when I could I would give back to this great Industry by teaching as many as I could to duplicate the things that I was doing, and now the things that my partners do, to be successful. Now is that time.
